Styling a £4 Million Apartment in Vauxhall, London

Not every client is based down the road. This project was a £4 million apartment high above the Thames in Vauxhall, London, bought as a new London home by an overseas client. The interior design was led by the client's own overseas interior designer; our role was to stage and style the finished space, turning a beautifully designed shell into a home the client could walk straight into.

The brief

The apartment's design and layout had already been created by the client's interior designer, set against floor to ceiling windows over the London skyline, marble flooring throughout, and high end fixtures and finishes as standard. What it needed next was everything that makes a designed space feel lived in rather than left as a beautiful blank canvas: furniture, soft furnishings, accessories and the finishing touches that turn a scheme into a home. With the client overseas, the space also needed to be fully dressed and photograph-ready, giving the designer strong portfolio imagery of the completed apartment.

Our approach

With the client unable to be hands on during sourcing or installation, every decision needed to be made on their behalf and signed off remotely, then delivered without a second visit to fix or adjust.

Why this matters for overseas buyers

International buyers who've had a London property designed by their own interior designer often still need a final step: someone on the ground to source, install and style the furniture and finishing details that bring the design to life. That's exactly where we come in, working alongside the designer's scheme rather than in place of it, so the finished space is ready to walk into and ready to photograph. If you've had a property in London designed and need it staged, styled and move-in ready, this is exactly the kind of project we take on.
